Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are not generally available for most of our products. Refunds shall only be issued (1) where the product you receive is damaged or incorrect, (2) your order is incomplete, or (3) due to any error by Nude by Nature (“Refund Eligible”).  Where your product is Refund Eligible, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please contact us using our Site’s Contact Us .  Do not ship any Refund Eligible products back to us. After your product is deemed Refund Eligible, we will issue you a refund. We reserve the right to deny your refund for any Refund Eligible product at our reasonable discretion. Please be aware that refunds are not instantaneous and a refund may take one to two billing cycles to complete.

Cancellation Policy

Our order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. This will affect whether you can cancel or modify an order before it has been dispatched.

Please note that these policies only apply to online orders made directly via this website. If you have purchased Nude by Nature products from another distributor, please contact the store of purchase for their returns and refund policies.
